NEW YORK, NY.- Picasso in The Metropolitan Museum of Art, MoMA a landmark exhibition of 150 works by Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881–1973), will present an unprecedented opportunity to view the Met's extensive collection of the artist's work. Opening at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on April 27, 2010, this first exhibition to focus exclusively on works by Picasso in the collection will reveal the Museum's complete holdings of the artist's paintings, drawings, sculptures, and ceramics—never before seen in their entirety—as well as a significant selection of his prints.

Le concert sera accompagné d’une exposition des oeuvres d’Eve, graphique designer, de Fabienne Cuter, peintre et sculpteur et de Raya, photographe de Mode, et sera suivi d’un cocktail de vin du Sud de la France. Susan Collis named The Armory Show’s 2010 Commissioned Artist British artist known for meticulous replicas of everyday objects The Armory Show has commissioned British artist Susan Collis to create the visual identity for the 2010 fair. Collis’s artwork, which concentrates on meticulous recreations of everyday objects, will set the aesthetic for the fair’s look, will be featured in all of the fair’s advertising and marketing materials and will be showcased in the catalogue. This will be the ninth year The Armory Show has commissioned an artist to define the image of the fair. Collis is known for painstaking facsimiles of mundane objects, which force viewers to reconsider details they may not have initially paid attention to.
