Join The Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art-MoCCA and Lawrence Benenson in celebration for the extension of the exhibition.
Neointegrity: Comics Edition is an exhibition curated by artist Keith Mayerson that includes over 210 cartoonists, illustrators, animators, and fine artists who work with the spirit and power of iconographic languages. With creators young and old, historic, currently famous, and soon-to-be-famous, the exhibition is also about the community and legacy of iconographic art and its ability to productively influence the world. NeoIntegrity: Comics Edition includes such artist as Peter Arno, Mark Badger, Ruben Bolling, Jeffrey Brown, Robert Crumb, Liza Donnelly, Bill Griffith, Peter Halley, Mike Kelley, Jack Kirby, Moebius, Patrick McDonnell, Diane Noomin, Art Spiegelman, Raina Telgemeier, Chris Ware, Lauren Weinstein, Gahan Wilson, Basil Wolverton and many more. meet the artist Liam Roberts

Liam Roberts’ fertile imagination transmutes images into abstract-like compositions of strik- ing energy and brushwork. He says that he is not a maker of pictures, but a maker of paintings, and that the viewer completes the work, not simply by looking but by the labour of seeing. Shakespeare, as usual, says it best: “Let every eye negotiate for itself . . .” Roberts’ mediums are acrylic, gouache, collage and ink. This show comprises recent and earlier works. Liam has exhibited in New York, London, Paris, Palm Springs, Geneva and Nicosia. He is represented in Dublin by Peppercanister Gallery.   www.liamroberts.com  /  roberts l@copper.ne
